I am glad that I have this post to tag my message onto. I assume that you
may know how warfare broke out on the list on Friday night and Saturday. By
now, if so, you will have seen not only how Marjorie was talked to by Paul L
but also how a new female lawyer was able to express opinions about Juanita
and Jo Ann learned after 8 days of exposure to the list. These were her
opinions plus her opinion by name of you. She was able to say this yet no
one gave more than cursory notice nor defended you three on list. Bob Fink
is so free with what is just and fair but where was he or any of the men
when it was as direct an attack as these two were? He let ms *list elf* say
what ever she chose to many over the 11 months I have been on the list
including an * ethnic * slam or slur against how my name is spelled and
maryse's too. I don't give a darn about me nor my name, it is mine only by
accident :))) I know him, he is absolute and most likely a stuffed shirt. I
have a lot of problems with absoluteness except when it comes to people I
care about. I will always speak up absolutely. Because of this Marjorie has
left the list, my best friend clever Barb Knight {yes I met her} has done
the same, Jo Ann has quit posting, Juanita is lurking and I? I came to a
painful decision to lurk not to post again to anyone on list and to decide
whether to leave entirely. I say painful only because I have seen an ugly
side of some people that I respected, maybe not agreed with, and others that
were quick to jump on a popular band wagon afraid to stand up and be counted
unless someone else did first. If not that Darwin, it has to be that the
list is a microcosm of human beings and I don't like them very much at the
moment. I was raised to be fair to listen to both sides yet to speak up if I
had a different viewpoint, and to defend those who were not as strong as I
was or am now at least. To bully or malign anyone in front of others is not
anything I consider fair or caring at all. Long story, but I am gone to lurk
mode and I will watch and see the beginnings of the next go round when ms
nibs returns and has her henchmen/women crown her in the laurels of
righteousness again. I do like you and I do like how you see the off-kilter
things in humor that I do too:))) I will hope to hear from you when and if
you have the time Darwin ... you do have thick skin and I thought I did.
Instead, I feel sick inside just as my 4 friends told me they do as well. I
am not a particularly generous person at the moment. btw do you think that
bob fink has never had an *unpure* thought? just a small wonder ... :) and
what is this that I heard from Juanita I think that you do not have a
computer at home? wow you are deprived if so lol

btw I told murray K onlist that he should continue to post his wonderful and
*unexceptable to some * commentary and humor. He should watch out as he is
next on the hit list. I hope he has his flame proof jacket on too, as the
*mouthy ones * are gone except greg when he speaks out and you :)) and
him...
