I once took an holiday that is I stopped taking my meds for three weeks.
After week one I was a physical wreck. Week two I managed to get through do
not ask me how. Week three I was back on my old dosis and things improved
straight away. I myself would never leave off taking my medication again.I
envy anyone that can get away without having to take
