Dear CASLL colleagues:
One benefit of the Inkshed listserv is the access to instant wisdom and
advice. Your answers to my question about ways to teach writing and
speaking to Commerce students are now available as a file linked from
the main Inkshed page: see http://www.stu.ca/inkshed/procter.htm. A few
of the answers came through the STLHE listserv too. They give an
encouraging picture of creative and innovative approaches. Doug Brent's
article (also linked from the Inkshed page: see
http://www.stu.ca/inkshed/brenttxt.htm) on the application of activity
theory for the Calgary course gives another dimension to the picture too.
Thanks!
Margaret
