I thouhgt this might be of general interest. I know, by the way, that I'm
quite late with the February biographical sketches, but they are coming
along. It's not that they are particularly complicated, but rather than
right at the moment, life is rather complicated! A.

IN THIS   YEAR,  WHICH  MARKS THE FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF
THE FOUNDING  OF UNESCO, WE  ARE DETERMINED  TO ASSOCIATE
STILL MORE  CLOSELY WITH  ITS WORK THOSE WHO ANIMATE THE
WORLD OF IDEAS.

PROGRAM
 
Each day will be dedicated to discussion on the nature of
the boundaries  between what  we know  and what we do not
know. Every  lecture (20-30  minutes) is  followed  by  a
dialogue (20  minutes) between  the lecturer and a chosen
philosopher,  who   will  act   as  respondant.  An  open
discussion with  the public  (20 minutes) closes each the
conference.
