surgery. If you were thinking of having it done...
who's the best to do it? where? how much cost? how successfu? What are
results? How, through who do you set it up? what's the time frame from
introduction of idea, time frame from agreement to actual surgery, time frame
for recovery, is total cost that of the patient? what are expectations vs
actual reslults? Is it no longer considered good for the patient? Are moral
issues significant interptions? Please give whatever you can to give me
