Hi Russell -- it looks fine.

I found one typo on the response:

"send" should be "sent" in the following.

Any particular reason why you have not enabled the MIME type "text/html"?

...not that I think there would be any great call for it.  I just happened
to test it by emailing your info page through the faw gateway.

However, with so much happening on the web these days, there are bound to
be people who will try to fax HTML pages.
