The first clue to look for in distinguishing between PD and Essential
Tremor is in the
action of the tremor , itself. The PD tremor is a resting tremor with the
tremor usuallyl
disappearing during action. The Essential Tremor, in contrast, is maintained
and
sometimes exacerbated in action. Hope this helps!
