Your comments on the Udall bill reflect my thinking also, but when I
suggested this to PAN, the response was that there are enough people on
the other side of the issue to cause a stalemate; in other words, as many
people insist on including fetal research as oppose it. Researchers seem
to think it's a necessary interim step to finding a cure.   "Tis a
puzzlement!
