After four years' absence from the classroom, I would welcome suggestions
on workable texts for a "rise of early English drama" course to an audience
of 25 very capable junior-senior English majors. Insofar as possible, I
intend a "seamless" course from beginnings to close of the theatres rather
than the traditional chasm between "medieval drama" and "Shakespeare et
al." Feel free to reply off-list, particularly if tempted to make rude
comments about my naivete: <[log in to unmask]>. Many thanks.
