CASLLrs -- Don't miss the September 1998 issue of College Composition
and Communication. It has a superb article on "Rhetoric and Reform in
the Disciplines" written by our own Judy Segal, Anthony Pare, Doug
Brent, and Douglas Vipond and derived from the 1995 Inkshed in
Kananaskis. It's about ethical and other issues in consulting,
researching, and teaching professional discourses -- as we're all
doing these days. It's loaded with knowledge (e.g., notably concise
sketches of relevant theory), and yet presented as a set of personal
experiences doing the delicate work it analyses.
Congratulations to the authors!
