Dear Sir: Work with your neuro in adjusting your dosages. Brain chemistry is complicated and yes, it takes time for drug titrations, both up and down, to be fully felt. PD drugs often make you tired, but so does PD. It will take time and trial to figure out the optimum drug regime that is tailor-made for you. Don't get discouraged.
