Oh dear Ivan, do you have a person who lives in Maine? I can't even think
of how to get in touch with the governor of  Texas- let alone Maine- also
am not a PWP. Could you not try to find someone in your state? I really
think they would have more clout. Perhaps a Motion Disorder MD . It is a
problem all the way around. Comments from people outside your state might
just be ignored at best. Good Luck. NIta
