dear shirley my jack is the one wirh pd but i have had arthritis for over 50years and tried all things.i found a book called folk medicine and it gives a good account on the old vinegar and honey to relieve aches and pain. yes dampness does make it worse for me and when i am real sore i mix 1 to 2 table spoons of honey with same amount of heinz apple cider vinegar in small amont of cold water when well mixed fill glass with cold water stir well. drink immediately -it tastes like apple cider drink 3x a day.but mix fresh and use only heinz apple cider vinegar because theirs is the only one that has all apple including the core. dr.d c jarvis,md author of book explained that other companies use only certain parts of fruit and you wont get all minerals with them. he wrote the book 1957 when he was in his late 70s.i 've been using this mix for 30 years.it may take 1-2 weeks to feel best benefits but it has helped me a lot.one thing he explained was if not fresh and cold you lose the vitamin c content. don't know if it helps pd patients or not but it isn't expensive and i think its worth trying. sincerely connie ----- Original Message ----- From: Edward Kleinmeyer <[log in to unmask]> Sent: Sunday, January 09, 2000 8:09 AM Subject: Re: feelings > I hope that subject line is good enough.
