Mama tried Comtan back in November. After only 4 days of titrating upwards she experienced physical weakness, balance problems and major dyskenisia/dystonia of the head and neck. I believe she tapered off but having only been on it for four days the tapering may not have made a difference. The bad side effects went away after stopping the Comtan.
