Joe, I was on the clinical trial for Cabergoline for four years and was told that both drugs (the other being pramipexol) were approved by FDA, but only pramipexol was to be marketed for PD.......since there was another market for the cabergoline. The cabergoline was not without MAJOR side effects for me. I would NOT go back to the cabergoline if it were offered to me.....I am on mirapex and sinemet. Rita Weeks 55/10
