This id wonderful!
Something i have been dreaming of for years!

And what a wonderful gesture
( and advertisement) it would be
to offer someone like Ivan Suzman
the opportunity to live there!
This is something he could never
be able to afford himself. Yet why
should a cruel turn of fate (PD)
that left him jobless, single,
alone, and threatened with being houseless,
deprive him of this lifestyle?
And think of what a spokesman
he could be for you all
