Hi Clare, Glad you are getting the exercise! I went to an "exercise clinic" a couple of years ago.....the owner believes in "health through motion", and has actually written a book on it. I believe in it now, too. Any motion....from stretching in bed, to walking or just household chores, one must keep movin! Be in touch .
