I believe the condition is not a peripheral neuropathy, but "normal pressure hydrocephalus", which gives gait problems, sometimes similar to that seen in PArkinson's disease. Therefore, every presumed Parkinson patient should have a Ct or MRI scan. Greetings, Chris van der Linden, M.D.
