I get my list as series of little envelopes which I have to open individually. Some while ago I remember I used to get it as a single document with the topics as the first item. I could then search and/or scroll down to anything I wanted to see. Can anyone help me achieve that representation again? I use W98 and Office 2000 Thanks, Arnie
