Debbie, I am from California so do not know of places on the East Coast but I do have a word of advice: Find a place close to you or your sister. When my Dad passed on I found a place for Mom close to where they had retired (depending on time of day -- a 2 to 3 hour drive for me) thinking it would be less disruptive for Mom. It has not been easy and now that Mom is failing this distance is a nightmare when there are emergencies or in trying to manage her appointments, changes in care and monitoring care. Good Luck, Robin
