Side effects certainly seem to be idiosyncratic- but having never
tried any of the dopamine agonists, I've no experience of my own
to offer. As you know, there's continuing debate among the experts
on whether it's better to postpone Sinemet as long as possible by
taking only an agonist, or avoid agonists and take Sinemet from the
very beginning. The latter was my first neuro's opinion, before I
knew anything about PD; but from all I've heard and read since then
I tend to favor it still. Cheers,
