Hi Dennis, I've also had swollen right foot for the past 1 1/2 years. Nothing helped. Tried elevating foot above heart, tried diuretics, wrapped foot in aace bandage and mmy doctor increased my lanoxin (heart med). Now my right ankle joint aches. I blame it on PD I wish I could have a good answeeer for you, but I don't. If it's painful try some acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Hope it's not too cold out there in Nebraska margie Carnegie, PA
