I fully agree with  you Barbara, and I would also suggest that the physician be
a movement disorder specialist, if possible  I know many people who think they
know themselves medically and alter their dosage willy nilly. Even competent
physicians seek outside medical help rather than treat themselves.  Those who
are tired of these advice should take fatigue pills.
