To all with cramped toes

Lithium carbonate is a prescription drug commonly prescribed for bipolar
depression.  It can be a tricky med if the lithium level gets too high.
I've cc'd Charlie Meyer, he's likely familiar with it from a psychiatric
viewpoint.
