Audrey, It's me Shirley that has the problems not Ed. Ed is like Vivian .He canprobably turn it on but after that who knows!! As far as a mattress,I don't really know what to tell you. I wish I could afford one of those AIR mattresses they advertize on tv. I don't know if the waterbed gives too much not allowing my body to stretch out or what. I seem to rest better on a sealy firm/with what they call an egg foam on top of that. I guess it's a trial and error thing.
