Sir James,I will try to help.....if you have Outlook Express? If so, go to Tools and right click, go down to Options and right click, go to Send, and under Mail click Plain, then at the bottom click Apply.....and you should be all set. If you don't use Outlook Express, still check your tool bar, and explore a little, and it will probably be there!Good Luck,Luella
