Dale Serverance asked about fund raising through
what is called, Cause Related Marketing. A superb
example of this successfully used is the Avon
Breast Cancer Awareness Crusade, begun in 1993,
and which has raised 16.6 million Above all it has
raised public awareness. An alliance was formed
included are the  YWCA,  National Cancer Institute,
the National Alliance of Breast Cancer
Organizationss, the Federal Center for Disease
Control. Impressive alliance!

HIV/AIDS and the Naturre Conservancy are other
examples of Cause Relate Marketing, but Avon
wins the prize in its  win-win efforts. There is an
Agency which probably should receive credit,
