Hmmmmmm ... I thought I had mentioned this before -- but, per-
haps not. I know it's in my little PD history on my Web site.
Anyway, when first diagnosed, my first neurologist had me up to
two 25/100s a day with no visible effect and my second neurolo-
gist had me up to 4 25/100s with, again, no visible effect. My
third neurologist put me on the CR 50/200s at two tablets a day
with no visible effects and my fourth neurologist put me back on
regular Sinemet but at three 25/250s a day.
It wasn't until that last type/dosage change that we noticed
*any* change in symptoms. I am currently on four CR 50/200s a
day which has a useful (not great, but useful :-) ) effect on my
symptoms.
