In advance: OK, go ahead and laugh at me, I give you my permission.

Some time ago I decided I was not going to have PD.

For the past two weeks I have added to my regimen the application of my
mother's thought process. I now tell my brain to heal itself; reactivate its
shriveled cells and tell that PD: "PD-go-away."

It worked for incurable things when I was young and I believed what Mom said
because she was god and knew everything about health. (She was an army
officer and psychiatric nurse specialist.)

 ( :-))

I feel better every day because I know I will have fewer problems and just
MAYBE Mom was right. Who am I to doubt her years of experience and wisdom as
to what the mind can overcome.

...I came to the same conclusion that Micheal J. Fox did. I can use my
intellect and abilities now to do my part in finding a cure or treatments to
improve my quality of life in the future. MJ, myself and a large portion of
this list are in a very productive phase of our lives. We don't know how
quickly things will deteriorate, but we know they won't get better. The time
is now to make it happen!
