Ervin, Good question and not a simple answer. The pills are CR by virtue of their ability to disolve slowly and therefore they are absorbed more slowly. The physical characteristics of the tablet are important. I would presume that taking 2 25-100 tabs would not be absobed exactly with the same pattern as 1 50-200 but whether it would make a difference in how it acts - I do not know. Perhaps you can check with the drug company or possibly one of the pharmacists on the List eg Michel Margosis.
