Hello Corinne,
                    I also worked as a technologist for many years for a
soft drinks company, and on a daily basis used Methanol as a sterilising
agent whilst carrying out microbiological tests, I did not like the smell of
it but there was no escape, the tests had to be done. I have often wondered
whether or not there was a link between this and my development of PD.
