Remember each person is different but my husband's neuro said that it took about 12 to 15 MG per day to get to the therapeutic dose. But I know others have had results at lower dosages. From what I hear a journal is a real help with knowing if/how a medicine helps. Some of the things you might include are: - medicine taken (include how much) and at what time of day - foods eaten and time of day eaten - when med. kicks in - how long meds are effective - all reactions both good and bad Kathy W cg for Jim
