Nancy, Forget Ann Landers and file a complaint with the Dept. of Justice for an ADA violation. There are laws to prevent people with disabilities from being treated like second-class citizens. Have you notice that most of the movie theatres now have a special area wtih extra large seats and more leg room? This wasn't done as a courtesy by the theatre owners. It was forced by an ADA lawsuit. People don't respond to "thoughtful letters". It's time to get in the mud and get dirty.
