Most areas have agencies who are bonded and licensed with homemaker aids, LPN's and even RN's for limited and/or regular in home caregiving. Look in the yellow pages under homehealth or in home care or call the hospitals/dr's office or social services in your area for suggestions. My elderly parents have used a service for over a year to give my 85 yr. old dad a break from his cg duties for my 82 yr old mom who needs help bathing, dressing, etc. and who dad doesn't like to leave alone since she's fallen some, even when he was at home. Good luck finding someone. The workers of my parents' agency have been warm, caring individuals and dad, mom, me and my siblings are so glad they are in business. I need to take a trip next week and I really don't want to leave my wife Carline (the PWP) by herself, especially in the morning (help getting up, washing up etc.) and in the evening. Are there any help organizations in the US for this kind of purpose? I am able to pay for this help. Thanks, K-F Etzold CG Carline 914-945-3816 914-945-2026 Fax
