RALPH, when I first started on Sinemet 25/100 I developed a rash in the second week of use over waste and Leggs. The doctor told me to stop taking it immediately and prescribed 25/100 C. R. which hasn't caused any problem yet after three months.Best wishes. By the way the rash was very itchy.
