Bernie, since I have been taking the CR I have no side effects or benefits. I'm really wondering now why I'm taking it. I will be asking my neurologist if I should even be taking it. Nothing has changed good or bad. I keep hearing that Sinemet is the gold standard for Parkinson but I haven't seen any benefits. I think I have given it the supreme try for three months.
