Your doctor's suggestion to seek a consultation with a neurologist who
specializes in movement disorders is "right on the button."  While the
symptoms you describe COULD be signs of Parkinson's disease, they could also
be symptomatic of other medical problems as well.  If you don't know of such
a specialist to consult, please know the Parkinson's Disease Foundation
maintains a referral list that covers most areas of the US and  the world.
I'd be happy to check the lists for your area.  All I'd need is the city in
which you live.
