Dr. van der Linden,

My husband has been diagnosed for two and a half years--at the age of 61--and
has so far not had tremor.  However, he responds very well to sinemet at a
moderate to low dose which has not had to be increased for normal functioning.
Does the fact that he responds well to anti-Parkinson medication put him in a
different category from the non-tremor group you referred to who have a higher
chance of dementia?
