Dear Genene, The fact that your husband responds very well to levodopa and considering his young age puts him in the group of classic Parkinson's disease, with a probable slow course. However, one has to remember that the intitial course of the disease may change over time and that even a classic Parkinson's disease may evolve into a different form, albeit not very common.
