As one of the resident cat-people on here, I can report that when we had THREE cats they did indeed bounce off the walls and each other , though I never associated it with moon phases. As I now have only one elderly cat--MimiJi--who is however a very *special* cat--- she disdains bouncing most of the time. An occasional run up a chair back about does it for her now, and she is apparently convinced that the hearth rug before the gas fireplace is her special perk ( or should I say PURRK?) I'd be interested in the source of the full moon concept---Folk wisdom? Scientific theory? Research result? Does the sex of the cat have an effect? Did I miss this important info while I was on NOMail?????
