Barb - How true about the sensitivity of animals. Mine are cats and you
will probably read my response to Camilla on the posts. The other day, my
love said he felt as though he were in a box and was screaming to get out
and couldn't find a way out. He has PSP and CBGD. After he left, I
started crying for him, and My 17 year old Siamese (who saw me through my
Mom's and step-father's death 3 years ago, which happened only 9 months
apart) crawled up in my lap and put her front paws on my chest and laid
her head against my neck. The Turkish Angora laid beside me and close to
my thigh. They wre trying to comfort me. When I am ill, which is
rarely, they will get on the bed and lay against me, as if to give me
healing.
By the way, I think you are the one who started the "bouncing cats" theme
and I'm the one who started the "full moon" theme. Maybe we should
discuss this further. I also live in a single person household, although
my love comes over as often as he can. He sure is good at filling up
those lonely hours. Best wishes. Jo Ann from Houston
