Relaxation exercises can be very helpful in managing daily stresses. And, it is a known fact that stress (good or bad stress) can temporarily worsen neurologic symptoms. Thus, by utilizing one or more of the known relaxation techniques available, individuals can better manage their stress and thus keep their symptoms at "baseline." We have a list of books, audio and video tapes on a variety of stress-management/relaxation techniques put together by neuropsychologist, Dr. Glenn T. Stebbins. This can be faxed to anyone interested. ----- Original Message ----- From: Rebecca Peltier <[log in to unmask]> To: <[log in to unmask]> Sent: Monday, February 14, 2000 12:39 PM Subject: Re: pleasures of life > To whom it may concern, > I am a student interested in PD.
