Theory Simplified:

 Iron - Ferrochelatase - Porphyrin
 Manganese - Tellurium - MPTP

1. Manganese prevents the breakdown of iron to be used by Ferrochelatase
and causes Parkinsons.
2. MPTP inhibits Porphyrin that uses this broken down iron and causes
Parkinsons.
3. Tellurium is a sulphur - like metal that can become part of
Ferrochelatase, which takes the iron if manganese is not there and gives it
to porphyrin if MPTP is not there, and I think it causes Parkinsons too.
4. When iron does not break down from ferric iron to ferrous iron, the
ferric iron combines with dopamine which causes a reaction called lipid
peroxidation that destroys neuromelanin cells.

Tellurium was considered by NIEHS, but rejected because it was too rare. I
think it was rejected because the idea of bacteria inside human beings
creating tellurium from tellurites and tellurates was not considered.
Bacteria (not viruses) absorb tellurite and turn it into tellurium. It is
how scientists tell if a bacteria is gram positive or negative.

Tellurium was also rejected because of history, it was discovered in 1782
by Muller von Reichenstein, named by Klaproth who isolated it in 1798.
Tellurium is occasionally found native, but is more often found as the
telluride of gold (calaverite), and combined with other metals. But I found
it does occur naturally in mineral waters when I found the article of 1911
Mount Clemens Mineral water that included sodium telluride, and this potion
was distributed as a health cure. Did you know that gold can cause
seborrhea dermatitis often experienced by Parkinsons People? Did you know
the antagonist of tellurium is selenium which is used to treat this
seborrhea dermatitis?

I found tellurium used as an antiknock additive of gasoline and used to
vulcanize rubber, like in rubber tires.
Those studying Parkinsons at NIEHS were not aware of this.
Lactoferrin or iron in milk can be absorbed by bacteria along with
tellurium
Vulcanite contains copper-tellurium or CuTe, and copper is implicated in
Alzheimers.
Tellurium also bursts open haemoglobin, releasing iron if it gets in touch
with red blood cells.
Porphyrin is used to make haemoglobin.
Dr. Andrew J Larner in 1996 put forth the theory of Tellurium as a cause of
Alzheimers Disease.
N-Methyl would carry the tellurium to the brain through the blood brain
barrier.
I don't think anyone took him seriously because they were again not
thinking of the conversion of tellurites to tellurium by bacteria that live
in the human gut.

There are no studies being done on tellurium and Parkinsons Disease.
If anyone can think of a way to get this information to those who can do
research in this area it would be appreciated.
