Bill,

The American Parkinson Disease Association has three psa's going now in my
area on the ABC local affiliate, WMDT-TV47. One has roses being cut/pruned.
Another has a beach scene. Another has a fellow in a home workshop.

With the APDA, the NPF, the PDF, the PI, the PAN, the acronyms get
confusing.

Hi all

I was watching New Media News on the Knowledge TV channel this
afternoon when I was surprised almost to the point of jumping off
of the couch. There, on (albiet not an NBC, ABC, or CBS) nation-
al TV was an advertisement (public service announcement?) for NP-
DA -- the National Parkinson's Disease Association!

Not only was I amazed at this national exposure of our collec-
tive problem, but I was also *very* impressed. The approximately
30 second (?) spot was well produced, directed very well, and
could be compared to commercials produced on "Madison Avenue" for
     many other issues and products.

Has anybody else seen it? Is there more than one spot?

Thank you NPDA for the national exposure and congratulations
     on a job well done!
