hi all

the above are all good suggestions, but
i understand that the samsung.exe and news.doc attachments
snuck past a couple of anti-virus programs [including Norton] on Andrew Haynes' computer
[and may have attacked his through e-mail from ozzie-land]

the hackers are getting sneakier
so we have to get smarter
