Howdy Folks
By the sounds of it, Connie needs to get an AntiVirus disc (like Norton) -
cause her computer is probably infected (without her knowing) - that is how
the Virus spreads - they get into one computer and then attach themselves to
outgoing e-mails without the sender knowing!!  If I'm not mistaken the
"Samsung.exe" is a worm Virus and it will just keep digging deeper into her
system.  I had a similar experience about 6 months ago with another worm
Virus called "happy 99".
