To Mary McNeely

Mary,

I have been taking Permax since 1989 - I took part in the clinical trials.
The only other medication I take is sinemet CR

I've had PD since 1981. I take .625 mg of Pernax and one Sinemet CR 200/50
on waking - about 5:30 or 6 am and every 4.5 hours thereafter until I've had
four doses.

I must be lucky, but I've had no adverse effects from either drug in the ten
years I have been on them.

Dr. Tony Lang, my neurologist for 16 years, and a fabulous one, hasn't tried
me on any of the new pd drugs becausethere have been no studied of any of
them vis a vis permax - a great drug

Cheers,

Bill
