Here is an antivirus suggestion.

If your email program allows you to sort mail ----- make an
"attachments" mailbox and have the program put ANY file with an
attachment into that box.  Sometimes they come in without you
knowing it.

This helps you know they are there and to BE CAREFUL of those
files.  Good advice to delete files from anyone you do not know.

If you do not want to receive ANY attachments from ANYBODY ---
set your program to delete those files from the server and not
download them.

You can go to Wal-Mart and buy Norton AV for about 9.95 (look in
the rack with the cheapy games disks etc.)  You can get 1 year of
upgrades from the website and a renewal is something like $3 per
year.
