In the April 2000 edition of PREVENTION magazine on page 55 is an
advertisement for selegiline hydrochloride. I take this under the name
Eldepryl.

It is being used to treat symptoms such as forgetfulness, lost interest
in family, sleeping less at night.

The advertisement claims it is very effective medication but warns not
to use it if the patient wears a tick collar.

The condition is called Canine Cognitive Dysfunction Syndrome.

When I first started taking Eldepryl I had an overwhelming urge to bark
at the postman !!
