Shirley: I'm sure Dr Romero will give you a more authoritative answer but I thought Mysoline was used to treat essential tremor but wasn't effective for Parkinson's. As a result, some Neuro's use mysolene to rule in PD when it isn't effective in reducing tremor. Paul H. Lauer
